How do I know that Falcon Marketing is the right consulting agency for me?

What do you mean when you say that you work with local business?

Exactly that! We are a boutique agency meaning we are very specific when choosing who to work with! We only accept collaborations with clients if we see that they are committed, ready to invest in good marketing, they are in it for the long term and ready to work hand-in-hand with us to achieve success.

My company is struggling in a changing marketplace. Can you help us stay relevant?

Through the different services we offer, our main aim is to make sure your business stands out in a crowded marketplace. Our strategy for creating content is always derived from the brand story every business has. By working with you, understanding your business, your goals, your objectives and your brand, we are able to create innovative solutions to not only help you stay relevant but grow your business as well!

How long do your collaborations with clients last? Is there a minimum or maximum amount of time?

Project durations depend on the type of work required by the client. For social media related work, we recommend a minimum collaboration of 6 months. This is ideal since a marketing campaign can be fully implemented during this time. This, however, is not set in stone and rolling agreements can be made as well.

There is no maximum amount of time we are willing to invest! We are happy to continue our collaboration as long as both parties are happy with the arrangement in place. Lastly, one-off projects are a possibility as well, where we only collaborate for a few days or weeks until the project is completed.

Do you offer a blanket service for all clients?

No, we are able to customize and add any service the customer requires. Although we mainly specialise in social media marketing, we also offer other ancillary services that a business owner can benefit from.

Being in the local business niche, we understand that every business has its own story, way of doing things and objectives, and as such it is not prudent to offer a standard service to all our clients. We are able to adapt our services to any business and meet your requirements.
